Sedevacantism What is it ?

A hot topic  that have been debated  and re-debated ab nausea. Sedevacantism claims "The See of Peter" is vacant. Sedevacantism can be understood when looking at the following analogy. Just came to me by inspiration. Suppose we're all in boat together , say Peter’s Bark. Peter is the Captain of the boat  and has his direction  to the North . The bark in sailing North as long as Peter in charge .He alone has contact with Our Blessed Lord with a Cell phone.

 But One day while we were asleep   a bunch of sailors knocked Peter out and seized control of the vessel We wake up the next morning found some one else in charge, but in the same uniform. They managed to change all the rules of the crew and even the function of Peter is removed from the bylaws. Peter’s job no longer exists on the bark. No more single Pontiff.

The Pontiff has been thrown over board.

(In real life this is demonstrated in Lumen Gentium 22, collegial structure. The office of the traditional Pope  as instituted by our Blessed Lord no longer exists in Peter's Bark , Rome. The Supreme Pontiff does not exist in this concept of Collegiality. The Papal tiara which symbolizes the Papacy has been disposed off. You can see the Papal Tiara exhibited at Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington D.C.) The true Papacy has been "guillotined" form the Body of Christ (the Church). No more Pontiff at the Vatican.

What you have left is a Lion without teeth called “Pope”. Nobody is in charge, in the Novud Ordo.

Question number one. Is Peter's bark still heading North?

Question number two. Who is in charge?

Answer to number one. Probably not, the bark is to free the wind, lost at sea. Peter’s function has been eliminated from the Bark.

Last question . Should the people, in their heart, follow the "new"  chain of command would they ever make it to destination?

 Not likely.

Conclusion.

The Sedevacantist position is  spiritually sound and canonically correct on the Bark.

It turns out that Peter is indestructible. He swims to another place and keeps his now underground Church . He reorganizes and continue his successions.  He is not in his sit on the bark but his actual function and mission remains unchanged. The Sedevacantist position is no longer valid where Peter is in hiding. Peter 's true spiritual See has never been vacant.
